Cuban Dinner

In coordination with the cuban band that will be here on campus we will be serving cuban food at Prentiss for dinner. Come get some dinner, then head over to Chism Recital Hall to listen to some Cuban folklo-jazz.
Come enjoy some ropa vieja (braised shredded beef), and some lechon asado (roast pork shoulder), along with some authentic creole sides and enjoy a mango mojito mocktail along with it
