What is Transact Mobile Ordering?

A place where students can manage their campus card accounts, find places to eat and more. Transact provides valuable information about account balances and spending history, and enables you to report a lost or stolen card at any time of day or night.

Can I order on my cell phone or mobile device?

Yes!  Use this QR code to download the mobile app, scroll to Whitman College Dining, and log in.

What cafes can I order from?
  • Reid Market: Monday-Friday (11:00 am – 10:00 pm) & Saturday-Sunday (4:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
  • Cleveland Commons Monday-Friday (7:00 am – 7:00 pm) and Saturday-Sunday (8:00 am – 7:00 pm)
What if the time I want isn’t available?

We have a limited number of people we can safely serve during each window of time. If there is no availability for you first choice of pick up time, you will have to select a different time slot. This is to ensure social distancing can be safely practiced in the café.

Where do I pick up my order?

There will be clear signage on where ‘Pick-Up’ stations are located within the cafes.
